I was supposed to receive a email so I could be added to the courtesy which I never received. However it wasn't an issue as we had use of another car. My wife was listened to while explaining the fault to the team which was appreciated.

Overall poor service. Only explanations were saying what the vehicle told them. There was also inconsistent explanations as to whether this would be covered by warranty but was then told battery issues are never covered in this way. Very poor.

We didn't want our car to go to Arnold Clark. Car went in on Thursday 10 July to be repaired and we got it back on Thursday 17 July and it was taken back to Arnold Clark again on Friday 18 July for the same problem... less than 24 hours later!

The car appears to have been serviced according to the manufacturer's specification. They also carried out an MOT for the car which passed with no advisories.

I just thought that with the garage not putting full oil in tank or with leaky cap that Glasgow bmw would have topped oil levels up and charged blochairn Arnold Clark for the oil. Had to top up car ourselves after having to do it for 2 months.
