From dropping the car off to getting it back the team squared me away. The car needed two rear brake pads and they fit me in overnight, staying back late to do so and giving me the car back early the next morning.

Customer was made to feel valued from the minute I walked through the door. Car also required to have recall work carried out as well as service and without any issues I was told that I would get a courtesy car as recall work hadn't been scheduled.

Incorrect definition of work scope. Focussed on unimportant items. Attempt to charge for every stage of the fault finding with no guarantee there is warranty coverage. Costs so high I could have actually had the diff seals replaced elsewhere.

The car was returned to me as 'sorted'. The following day, however, again on a single-track road, I had drivetrain problems, the car rapidly decelerating and stopping, 200 m from home. It had to be returned to Arnold Clark for a further 5 days.
